[openstreetmap-website] [enhancement] Trace description autosuggestion (#514)

I agree that parsing the name is a can of worms, but we could look at the actual data to construct a name:

* Reverse geocode using the track's centroid
* Add the survey date
* Look at hdop to tag high/medium/low precision
* Look at average speed to tag car/bike/foot
* Look at elevation to tag flat/relief
* ...
