[openstreetmap-website] Notes layer in edit mode ask for password (#517)

In View mode I activate the Notes layer and I comment/close a note
In edit mode (http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit), if I activate the notes layer it asks for authorization (popup text: Web password) when I try to comment/close a note.
