Comment:

 There are a number of problems with this...

 First off it is encouraging the use of the web site as a general purpose
 map viewing tool, rather than as a place for exploring and editing our
 data.

 Secondly, recommending the alternate tile sets to other users has the
 potential to drive significant traffic to those sites without their
 knowledge.

 There's a reason we have a policy for adding extra layers, along with a
 set of rules around things like making sure those are happy with the level
 of traffic we might drive to them.
