[openstreetmap-website] Clicking on logo does not remove home location marker (#669)

True, what I really want is a way to refresh the page without having to reload everything and a way to remove the marker.

In spite of the non-discoverable nature, I think it does make sense to have clicking the logo be the same behaviour as clicking the URL and hitting enter.
