[openstreetmap-website] Clicking on logo does not remove home location marker (#669)

Hang on you've just contradicted yourself - you want a way to refresh without reloading everything (which I think a logo click already does? though without removing the marker) but you also want clicking the logo to be the same as hitting enter in the URL bar (which does a full reload).
