[openstreetmap-website] Add Wikidata-links to browse-helper (#786)

Just a minor comment on potential future development. The one thing I hate most about Wikipedia style is what I'd call "link mania" ("Pizza is a type (link to generic article about 'type') of food (link to generic article about 'food') often served (link...) in Italian (link...) restaurants (link...)").

If there should be a street named Justin Bieber Street, I don't think we want to visually present this with a link to Justin Bieber on Wikidata - or at least not without having a little more discussion about this before.
