[openstreetmap-website] Add Wikidata-links to browse-helper (#786)

All these use cases are interesting - but not for the OpenStreetMap browse pages. And whether or not a street name was correctly mapped should certainly not be determined by checking if there's a wikidata entry on whatever the name might be derived from!
