[openstreetmap-website] Link prefixed Wikidata-tags to wikidata.org (#788)

In the meantime I've noticed, that my example was badly chosen (again), because the cathedral already has a WikiData-item, so the etymology-information should be stored at Wikidata.
Thus I've created some examples with multi-value wikidata-tags:
* [Museum for scales and weights Balingen](http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2327863443) for subject:wikidata
* [A car-shop](http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1080146569) for brand:wikidata
* [A building](http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/174660176) and its neighbouring buildings for architect:wikidata
* [Hans-und-Sophie-Scholl-Platz](http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/85608138) for name:etymology:wikidata
