[openstreetmap-website] Potlatch 1 seems confused by node order in ways when it reads data from the server. (#795)

It's as if it's confused by the node order in ways returned from the server or something (newly added nodes coming last)?

I'm mentioning this not because it requires an immediate fix to allow people to continue using P1 as an editor (I've seen one person only mention the problem on IRC), just in case it stops people getting confused and remapping an area from scratch for no reason.

FWIW the data saved by P1 (at least to the dev server) seems OK; it's the data it reads from the API that it gets confused.
