[openstreetmap-website] Potlatch 1 seems confused by node order in ways when it reads data from the server. (#795)

That's... strange.

I was initially thinking this was a duplicate of zerebubuth/openstreetmap-cgimap#88, but I don't think P1 uses the normal API, and I also don't think unordered nodes would cause this problem with ways.
