[openstreetmap-website] Parking icons blurry (#760)

The icon is used for ways with amenity=parking and similar.

We switched to an [improved parking icon](https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/blob/master/symbols/parking.p.16.png) for openstreetmap-carto which is the same, but sharper.

If preferred, I'll have a SVG soon.
