[openstreetmap-website] Search box styling is broken in Firefox 30 (#756)

@51114u9 I'm not sure I understand... The font size here is 14px and line height is 20px so according to you it will put 3px into each of the top and bottom of the box for a total height of 20px. If it did that then we would have no problem, but in fact it is making the box 22px high.
