[openstreetmap-website] Search box styling is broken in Firefox 30 (#756)

@tomhughes this calculation is theoretical but it depends on how the browser interprets the "top of the font's highest ascender". A good explanation for this [why line height is a pain](http://webfonts.info/webfonts-know-how/part-2-problem-line-height)...

A less intrusive solution is to set `line-height: normal`, then the browser will take the value set in `body {font: 14px/20px" Helvetica Neue ", Arial, sans-serif;}`
