[openstreetmap-website] Routing (#716)

There are two big usability issues that should be addressed: 

### Form design:

Both "From" and "To" fields need to be placed be _before_ the "Go" action. Right now, it feels like I'm supposed to enter a "From" location, click go, then enter a "To" location.

### Trap:

1. Search for a location, click "go".
2. Click "get directions"
3. Things break, don't work as expected.

Solutions: a) Hide 'get directions' button as soon as you enter anything in search bar. b) automatically populate first routing field with result from search
