[openstreetmap-website] Hover on search result should highlight result on map (#748)

If a search shows multiple results, it is not everytime clear which is the "right" one. 
Now we have to click at one result to zoom onto it. If it was wrong, i have to go back, wait for the search to get build up again and click the next one (which one did i clicked?).

If an mouse hover would zoom onto and highlight the entry (as the browse view does) the check for the right entry would be much easier and faster.
