[openstreetmap-website] Page titles for search results and editing should be more descriptive (#835)

Well most of my tabs wind up showing about 4 or 5 characters so it's rare for the text to provide any useful clues whatever you do. Mostly it's just a question of trying the ones with the right icon until you find what you want.
