[openstreetmap-website] Page titles for search results and editing should be more descriptive (#835)

I agree that “Editi…” would be handy as a visual cue.

It's not just for the tabs, by the way, it's also for the history list - when you look at your recent trail through an openstreetmap+iD editing session, you generally have a pile of titles all exactly the same.
