[openstreetmap-website] Simplify sign up for mobile users (#894)

@tomhughes exactly. This ticket still has relevance though, right? I mean even if we support OpenID Connect, the sign up page could still be improved to be more friendly to mobile users, for example by emphasising the OpenID options.
