[DOC] Suggestions about improvement in Installation instructions

The comment on btree-gist is complex, but I would suggest not making
the suggested change. Depending on your database setup, you may need
to pass a postgres username, and/or password, and/or host, and/or
port, or in most cases, none of these are required. The documentation
was written to assume ident/peer auth which is commonly used (as is
trust, which will also work).
