[openstreetmap-website] Top-right user dropdown menu needs "My Edits" added (#1088)

I use messages and my edits often. If i want to look at a recently changed area, the "my edit" is the quickest way i could imagine.
Yes, keeping the list short is important, but for example settings are nearly never called.
