[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add "edit in Go Map!!" Instead of JOSM when opening site on iOS devices (#985)

Hi Simon, The Edit button is obvious on mobile devices. That is the reason why i try to push this feature. May be it is only available on an ipad, but that is my travel bag, so i would like to have an easy way from the osm.org map to my editor, without may be destroying the possibility to use the geo: uri link to open my routing app. 
(As a map geek there are a lot of offline map on my devices).
