[openstreetmap-website] Sex-aware user icons or text caption? (#1158)

Not impossible, but not without lots of consequences. Even if provided
voluntary it would still increase the amount of sensitive data we store,
and increase the potential problem space massively (just think of trying
to honey trap people by using gender or age or ....).
