[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Facebook login not remembered despite clicking Remember Me (#1366)

In big name browser User clicks Remember Me below the Facebook logo and
then clicks the Facebook logo to indeed successfully log in.

User closes browser.

User reopens browser and visits http://www.openstreetmap.org/ only to
find that he has not been "remembered", and must log in again.

User wonders perhaps he doesn't understand what Remember Me is supposed
to do.

Maybe he needs to click BOTH Remember Me boxes?
