@tomhughes : sorry for my misunderstandings
re-checking my root of misunderstandings, maybe it is worth to mention in the new ["CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md"](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/1300/files) file that, ["OpenStreetMap maintains a number of code of conducts"](http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Code_of_conduct)
For example :
* related to the OSM API - we have an ["Automated Edits code of conduct"] (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct)
* related to the ["OSM mailing lists"](http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mailing_lists) ( For developer discussion ) - we have an ["Suggestesd code of conduct for OpenStreetMap Mailing lists"](https://github.com/osmlab/codes-of-conduct/blob/master/mailing_lists/code_of_conduct.md)
And maybe my original comment about the OSM "Robot/A.I. Mappers" - related more with the ["Automated Edits code of conduct"] (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct)
