[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Minor inconsistency in text/meaning of OAuth read user preferences permission (#1530)

What if we disable the preferences checkbox, and instead add a "Deny" button that technically unchecks everything? That way it would be more understandable that the preferences option provides the minimum data.

I also like Frederik's suggestion, but that change could break a lot of web apps.
