So all you're really saying is that you think the email notifying a user of a comment on a changeset should mention the editor that was used to make the change?

That sounds like a much simpler change, and something that much more likely to happen. I'm afraid all your talk of templates made it sound like you wanted something much more complicated than that.

It's probably best to deal with this once #1401 is merged and we can then look to insert an extra sentence in the notification emails that can be looked up from the translation file based on the editor name.
