[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Find missing routes algorithm (#1410)

If the user already found the missing gps track already (every logged in user has "my tracks" in the profile) he can click on the gps track and click edit.

Then the default OSM Editor opens with this track highlighted and he can draw the missing highway based on an aerial and his track.
