[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Added PlusCode functionality to search (#1818)

The information for a olc location is already encoded in OSM.  Adding it means you may have a conflict so technically using what is there already means one less thing to go wrong.

What exactly are your requirements?  How do you know the OLC to start with?  What software is used in the field and the office?  Are you using printed maps?
