[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Remove support for soon discontinued josm remote https endpoint (#1707)

This works for me with Firefox ESR:

1. Log on to openstreetmap.org
2. Hamburger Menu -> History -> Clear recent history (Ctrl + Shift + Delete). Delete the last hour, tick everything except cookies.
3. Open http://www.openstreetmap.org. Important: without httpS, with www, otherwise you have to do step 2 again.
4. Carry on mapping happily
