[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Allow data browser loads to be cancelled (#1757)

Sorry for expressing myself so unclearly. For what I have witnessed, the things that take a long time to finish loading are large objects in object detail mode and also Overpass queries. It would be great to at least also allow cancelling them.

No problem. I had always thought they would make clearer what I meant, but you are right, in this case it is unneccesary.
