The point of my comment is that the maintainers of this web site have no control over maps.me or it's users so this isn't really the place to address their behaviour as there is little we can do about it.

I'm not surprised you get little reply - to be honest I doubt I would reply to a "welcome message" even if I signed up on the web site in full knowledge of what the project was and that probability will likely be much less for people that make a quick correction via a mobile app and don't really view themselves as part of the community.
