[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Browser sidebar: key wiki link improvements (#1782)

Currently keys in the browse sidebar are linked to the wiki page if the page exists.

The discussion in #1779 touched also about key validation, which spawned some ideas for improvements:

Some possible improvements:
* also link to wiki if the URL in the wiki redirects to some other tag, eg
  * `addr:housenumber` - currently no link, but the https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr:housenumber redirects to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr - should link to the final page (either just prefix "addr" of the "addr:housenumber" or whole key should be a link)
  * `roof:shape` - currently no link, but the https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:roof:shape redirects to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Simple_3D_buildings#Roof
* look for partial matches, eg:
  * (same as above) `addr:housenumber` - currently no link, but the https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr:housenumber redirects to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:addr - should link to the final page (either just prefix "addr" of the "addr:housenumber" or whole key should be a link)
