[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Implement "Download VCF/vCard" adjacent to "Download XML" for easier address book imports (#2043)

The point is that our goal is to collect data and to build the tools to support that, not to provide a Google Maps replacement to the world. We like to leave that to other people that build on our data.

Importing would be a matter for the editor authors I think, though it seems pretty niche to me.
