[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Switch to using kramdown for markdown formatting (#2111)

The problem is that the outer syntax for the link had been entered as `[...] (link)` with a space between the link "text" and the link target - apparently the old renderer tolerated that but the new one insists on having no space which is probably technically correct, to the extent that anything ever is in markdown.

I've removed the space for that diary post now and that seems to have fixed it.
