[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Switch to using kramdown for markdown formatting (#2111)

It's right in the diary link I posted: https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/MKnight/diary/40702

As you can see on the following screenshot, there's an `[` in the top left, and `] (https://www.picflash.org/viewer.php?img=hc_030R2R0QP.png)` right below the image.

Originally, the diary post showed a small preview image, and once you click on the image, it would take you to the bigger original. This part doesn't work anymore since kramdown was deployed.
