[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Hiding all comments on hidden diary entries (#2276)

It seems to me that in case that diary entry was hidden by moderator comments are very unlikely to be worth preserving.

Only one use that I see here is that despite the situation some user made valuable and long comment worth publishing separately, and current situation allows rescuing it.

But it is far more likely that comments will be some sort of flame war or short comments explaining why something is a bad idea or advising to behave civilly or something else not worth preserving after diary entry was hidden.
