I think that it's rather well known that it is still the case - what it really needs is someone to step up and debug why (and I've been as lax in that regard as everyone else).

It's reproduceable off mobile - just drag the edges of a normal desktop window to be small (say, ScreenX: 246, ScreenY: 176) and you'll see the effect.
