Yeah it just seems to me from both a back and front end perspective the more stuff that can be reused, the less work needs to be done so the quicker it can be a benefit. Certainly I'd think the functionality in changesets would be sufficient for this. Personally I'd have thought changesets is just note comments but only for registered people, but I guess that's all been done now.

Is there already an issue open for comment functionality against way/point etc, or should I retitle this one in a better way?
