As far as I can tell, only "public" and "identifiable" GPS tracks are shown when enabling the GPS track overlay. This way, many tracks which are uploaded as "trackable" are missing. Because the iD editor uses the same GPS tiles, mappers only see a subset of available track data (JOSM, as a counterpoint, *does* downloads and displays "trackable" tracks).
Is there a specific reason why "trackable" GPS tracks are not rendered?
