Well if you consult https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Visibility_of_GPS_traces you'll see that is part of the definition of trackable, that we don't have the original traces available.
The "trackable" name refers to the fact that the point cloud API reveals which track the point belongs to and (implicitly by revealing the time) the order of the points so that a client can link them up and analyse speed and direction of travel - it doesn't refer to making the raw tracks available which is deliberately excluded.
