[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Split User settings into different forms? (#3167)

The thing is I'm not quite convinced that the split is even clear in English. The current entries are:

- My Dashboard
- My Messages
- My Profile
- My Settings
- My Preferences

Wouldn't "My Account" be clearer than "My Settings" as the later is totally generic? I'm fairly sure that would resolve most ambiguity with translations too.
