[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Suggested ability to tag other users in 'fixme' tag in OSM (Issue #3793)

Why would you want that in a fixme though? What would it actually do other than possibly linking to them when viewed on the web site.

It certainly won't be able to notify them if that's what you're hoping for.
