That is correct.
> Initially the marker (orange circle) is already visible. Why would you want it to appear again? Maybe because you scrolled the map away from the place. Then you actually want a "center map on the feature" button.
The goal is to see the previous location of a node (i.e. it's location at version 1 for example).
