[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Show a marker on the map after clicking node coordinates and don't hide the side panel after that (Issue #4160)

Initially the marker (orange circle) is already visible. Why would you want it to appear again? Maybe because you scrolled the map away from the place. Then you actually want a "center map on the feature" button.

The purpose could be to reset the map coordinates.
