@angoca your comment here is not related to this issue, which is to do with refactoring the way we implement and store notes and note comments on the database, code and API levels. Please read the existing comments on this issue for more information. 

I'm not sure which other discussion you are trying to continue, since nobody here has mentioned anything to do with anonymous notes or forcing any kind of authentication. If there's another issue you wish to comment on, please do so, or open a new issue.

I'm going to mark these comments as off-topic now.
