Sending a single email like "Hey User _____, thanks for reporting user ____! We've taken the necessary action. Best regards, OSM Admin team" would work perfectly fine.
> Frankly, from the point of view of somebody that processes reports, there are many far higher priority problems to resolve with the report system than this - it's barely usable as things stand and anything which creates more work for the person dealing with the report is going to be out of the question for now.
Just to clarify, I'm not suggesting that admins manually email the process originator. I'm wondering if it's possible to automate this process programmatically. If it is, I'd be more than happy to receive some pointers and help out by creating a pull request.
