[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add OpenMapTiles vector map (PR #4042)

Regarding rendering of text that requires shaping such as Devanagari or Khmer in MapLibre GL JS, I would like to add that this is indeed a priority to introduce as a new feature in the future.

At the moment, we cannot render text in the native language of 1.5 to 2 billion people so we should fix this...
