I don't think it should be our job to provide a CA root of trust for public certificate though - that should come from the underlying container.

Certainly as far as I know we have never seen this so I'm interested to know what is different for you.

I don't recommend trying to populate an API database with omosis anyway, or indeed using docker to work on this code.
