[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] After self-deletion of a user, make the username random but still clickable (Issue #4194)

natrius and his openstreetmap friends try to determine the home region of an OpenStreetMap contributor based on the history of their pseudonyms. Using multiple pseudonyms in OpenStreetMap is legitimate and permitted. In order to hit this mapper in particular, his home community is targeted with terror in OpenStreetMap. In my case, I was forced to forego OpenStreetMap for my daily work in which I need maps and to switch to Google My Maps in my home country.
