@AustrianMapper Please stay on-topic on this issue. If you have complaints about a mapper, contact the Data Working Group at data at osmfoundation.org. If you disagree with a DWG decision, appeal to the board at osmfoundation.org.
Users making it difficult to review their edits by using large numbers of accounts and deleting them is not something we want to support. If they're doing this to evade blocks, it's also a violation of the terms of use and is something we actively want to stop.
I would be in favour of
1. blocking users from manually setting their username to user_NNN type usernames, to avoid collisions,
2. giving the user "name" in the browse pages. We are already publishing the uid and generated username in the XML and other places.
